Our specialty is proactive indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring programs which building owners and mangers use to maintain smooth building operations, retain and attract tenants, and build value into their assets.

We also help building owners and manager achieve certain select points towards Green Building Certification via the U.S. Green Building Council LEED program. Our offices are in the metropolitan areas of Washington, D.C., New York City, and Orange County, CA. We are currently looking for a qualified individual to help up establish, grow, and manage a full service Green Building/LEED consulting division so that we may leverage our impressive existing commercial building owner client list.

Qualified candidates MUST:
  • Be a LEED AP
  • Have a college degree in a building related science or other relevant expertise.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented, observant, organized and, after comprehensive and substantial training, thrive without constant supervision.
