Jerry Ingwalson, Energy and Resource Manager

Professional Experience
Mr. Ingwalson has provided energy efficiency consulting and commissioning services to a wide variety of commercial and institutional clients. Services include building commissioning, energy and auditing, analysis, and project management. Through new building commissioning and performing hundreds of energy audits (ASHRAE Level I & II) of existing facilities Mr. Ingwalson has extensive field experience in evaluating HVAC system performance, building automation systems, trouble shooting, identifying energy conservation opportunities, as well as assessment of project cost effectiveness.

In conjunction with hands-on field work across a broad range of mechanical and control systems, commissioning responsibilities have included the development of Owner’s Project Requirements and Basic of Design Documents, Commissioning Plans, Commissioning Specifications, Prefunctional Checklists, Sequences of Operations, and Functional Performance Test Procedures. Additional duties have included providing Design Reviews, Contractual Submittal Reviews, Training Plan Development, Final Commissioning Reports, and Systems Manual.
