Nick Kiefer, Business Development

Professional Experience:
Mr. Kiefer is in charge of Business Development for Healthy Buildings West Coast Sustainability Group. His interest in the triple bottom line drives him to help entities achieve profitable returns through sustainability measures. Nick joins Healthy Buildings after having worked in both the commercial real estate and environmental sides of the building industry. Nick’s background allows him to conduct extensive market due diligence in order to maintain comprehensive command of current market information and provides clients with real-time information.

At Healthy Buildings, Mr. Kiefer develops and oversees business development projects throughout the country to include LEED certification, commissioning, resource management, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials specifications, and distributive generation.

Mr. Kiefer was also involve in a global studies program involving field work and cross-cultural exposure in Bahamas, Cuba, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Canada, South Korea and Japan.
